★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata lì per sfruttare il servizio punto Poste ma la signora non sapeva cosa dovesse fare, ha preso il pacco lo ha messo via senza rigistrarne il deposito, senza chiedere il numero, sostenendo invece che io avrei dovuto chiamare il servizio postale per informarli del pacco in giacenza presso la sua Tabaccheria. Fantascienza pura insomma. Ripreso il pacco e portato in un altro punto Poste di Fermo. Se non vuole fare questo servizio si tolga dalla lista dei Tabacchi come punto ritiro Poste altrimenti fa perdere tempo prezioso alla gente.
I was there to take advantage of the post office service but the lady did not know what to do, she took the package and put it away without registering the deposit, without asking for the number, claiming instead that I should have called the postal service to inform them of the package in storage at his Tobacconist's. In short, pure science fiction. I picked up the package and brought it to another post office in Fermo. If you do not want to do this service, remove yourself from the Tobacconist's list as a post office collection point, otherwise you waste precious time for people.
