Nonostante la gente in fila, lei con un certo savoir affaire chiacchiera del più e del meno con una cliente in cassa che par sua conoscente, la quale oltretutto, in piena pandemia si lecca le dita e poi tocca la cassa dove vengono poggiati gli alimenti. Notando l'insofferenza altrui in fila, che un tale atteggiamento indolente arreca, per ripicca in seguito al proprio turno di pagamento, si rivolge in maniera acida e spocchiosa, cercando cavillosamente pretesti, rendendosi insolente e facendo perdere ulteriore tempo. La professionalità in questo caso è una chimera.
