Poor professionalism, almost 4 months have passed and I still have no news of the ticket refund, three tickets, and as if the blocked email were not enough to not be able to contact them ... Congratulations! ?

Sarebbe stato corretto contattare i clienti per restituire le quote, lavorando anche in smart-working. Invece chiusura ad oltranza e promessa di riapertura a data da destinarsi. Deluso!
July 2020 offices still closed. Why don't you return the shares already paid by customers for the holidays? It would have been correct to contact customers to return quotas, also working in smart-working. Instead closure to the bitter end and promise to reopen on a date to be allocated. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come si può definire agenzia di viaggi ? Scarsi professionalmente, incapaci ed arruffoni, non andate neanche per organizzare un viaggio a Villabate, stranizza che ancora stia aperta. Andate in altre agenzie tipo Borzi, Conca d'oro, Tagliava etc.. etc.. ma non andate in questa se non volete le vacanze rovinate.
How can you define a travel agency? Professionally poor, incapable and disheveled, don't even go to organize a trip to Villabate, it's strange that it's still open. Go to other agencies like Borzi, Conca d'oro, Tagliava etc .. etc .. but don't go to this one if you don't want ruined holidays.
