★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sede dell'associazione si trova nel più interessante intervento di recupero di area in centro città di Vercelli, in quello che fu l'antico ospedale. Al pian terreno si trova un buon ristorante, ottimo anche per un caffè o un aperitivo, con un bello spazio all'aperto.
Strada del riso svolge una azione fondamentale per la crescita del territorio e degli operatori ( aziende, ristoratori, guide, enti pubblici, musei e parchi), per la valorizzazione delle peculiarità, attenta a fare rete.
