★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignoranti maleducati e non hanno voglia di lavorare o compri da loro o non ti aggiustano niente vi consiglio di non andarci per nessun motivo al mondo anche perché aggiustano solamente cose sthil perché seguendo i manuali ci riescono altrimenti altre Marche non sanno neanche come cambiare una candela ve li sconsiglio vivamente
Ignorant rude and do not want to work or buy from them or do not fix anything for you I advise you not to go there for any reason in the world also because they only fix things sthil because following the manuals they succeed otherwise other brands do not even know how to change a candle. I strongly advise against them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 11.58 dopo aver aspettato quasi 10 minuti che si facesse vivo qualcuno è comparso un uomo che senza salutare o informarsi del perché fossimo lì ha solo detto in modo molto maleducato È chiuso! Quando gli ho fatto presente che sul sito è indicato che l'orario di apertura è fino alle 13 ha risposto No il sabato è le 12. Spero non fosse il titolare ma un dipendente con poca voglia di lavorare altrimenti sarebbe davvero grave. Ciò che dovevo acquistare lo prenderò altrove.
At 11.58 after waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to show up, a man appeared who, without saying hello or asking why we were there, just said in a very rude way It's closed! When I pointed out that the website indicates that the opening hours are until 1pm, he replied No on Saturdays it is 12pm. I hope he wasn't the owner but an employee with little desire to work otherwise it would be really serious. What I had to buy I will take it elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato recentemente il mio primo decespugliatore Sthil qui da loro e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto in quanto :
- l'ho pagato in promo 200 euro (ben 70 euro di meno dal prezzo di listino di 270) e devo dire che qualità /prezzo è molto buona e vantaggiosa, in quanto la macchina anche se pesa circa 4 kg è un giusto compromesso essendo sia leggera che potente il giusto e anche qualcosa in più per quello che devo fare io ovvero pulizia bordi / alberi e viale giardino, fa il suo dovere, esita solo un pò in fase di avvio seppur non escludo sia una mia mancanza a causa dell'inesperienza von questo modello e marca, ma comunque poi và perfettamente senza intoppi, inoltre aggiungo che i materiali di costruzione sono ottimi;
- il personale è stato impeccabile, in particolare il sig. Sesto (mi sembra si chiamasse così), è stato molto disponibile e professionale,
assemblando la macchina stessa, rispondendo a qualche mia richiesta e informazioni, fornendo benzina miscelata ed effettuando lui stesso il primo avvio.
Inoltre ho avuto un'ottima impressione generale sul punto vendita stesso, avendo un buon parcheggio privato e vicino all'entrata, luogo pulito e ordinato, qualità degli accessori presenti in negozio, la disponibilità delle varie macchine (anche professionali) e attrezzi vari per il giardinaggio.
Lo consiglio vivamente e alla prima occasione utile tornerò sicuramente.

I recently bought my first Sthil brushcutter here from them and was very satisfied as:
- I paid 200 euros in promo (well 70 euros less from the list price of 270) and I must say that the quality / price is very good and advantageous, as the machine, even if it weighs about 4 kg, is a fair compromise being both light and powerful the right and also something more for what I have to do that is cleaning edges / trees and garden avenue, it does its duty, hesitates just a little in the start-up phase although I do not exclude it is a lack of mine due to inexperience with this model and brand, but in any case it goes perfectly smoothly, I also add that the construction materials are excellent;
- the staff were impeccable, especially mr. Sesto (I think he was called that), was very helpful and professional,
assembling the machine itself, answering some of my requests and information, supplying mixed petrol and carrying out the first start himself.
I also had an excellent general impression on the store itself, having a good private parking near the entrance, a clean and tidy place, the quality of the accessories in the shop, the availability of the various machines (including professional ones) and various tools for the gardening.
I highly recommend it and at the first useful opportunity I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono due volte che ci vado. La prima per una motosega da potatura e non essendo di marca mi ha rifiutato la riparazione. La seconda per un trattorino tagliaerba di marca mi ha detto che era un difetto di fabbrica e il problema si poteva riproporre anche dopo la riparazione spendendo bei soldini. Sono riuscito con calma ha capire il problema del tagliaerba e l'ho riparato da solo. Penso che la prossima volta cercherò da un altra parte
I have been going there twice. The first for a pruning chainsaw and not being a brand, I refused the repair. The second for a branded ride-on mower told me that it was a factory defect and the problem could be repeated even after the repair by spending a lot of money. I managed to calmly figure out the mower problem and fixed it myself. I think next time I'll try somewhere else
