Non meriterebbero neanche una stella per l'inaffidabilità, la scortesia e l'assoluta mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti. Ordini un kit completo per il figlio per fare calcio dato che ha cambiato società, insieme a tanti altri, ti promettono un SMS che non arriva mai, devi andare a sollecitare cinque volte chiedendo cortesemente informazioni sul perché alcuni compagni di squadra hanno già il kit completo e mio figlio no e ti senti rispondere che loro hanno adottato il kit dell'anno passato, di una marca diversa, ovvero avanzi di magazzino, e quando chiedi se anche tu puoi usufruire di questi materiali, che altrimenti risulterebbero invenduti, ti senti rispondere che non è possibile perché i nuovi iscritti devono avere il kit nuovo. Allora perché hai venduto materiale dello scorso anno, di una marca non più adottata dalla società sportiva, a genitori di bambini che erano nelle mie stesse condizioni, cioè nuovi iscritti? Sono stato preso in giro e trattato davvero male. Sconsigliato. The worst sports shop in Florence. A	Allevamento Labrador Montechiaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spero di essere stata io sfortunata, ho fatto un ordine on line il 10 dicembre per scarpe sportive per mio figlio. Il 20 non avevo risentito nessuno, li ho dovuti chiamare io. Mi hanno detto che le scarpe ordinate non erano disponibili e mi avrebbero sostituito il modello con quelle più alte. Si sono giustificati dicendo che avevano inviato una mail..... Misteriosamente scomparsa. Il pacco con le scarpe è arrivato miracolosamente il 23 dicembre, ma con il numero sbagliato, 44 anziché 45 e nella scatola di un 44 e 1/2. Ho chiamato per farmele sostituire. Ovviamente il modello scelto non era più disponibile. Mi hanno ritirato le scarpe da rimborsare il 5 gennaio dal 27 dicembre che lo promettevano. Valutate voi. Ora vediamo quanto impiegano a rimborsare!!! I hope I was unlucky, I placed an online order on December 10 for sports shoes for my son. Scritto 15 mail, senza mai una risposta, chiamato, mi dicevano che mi richiamavano ma mai avuto chiamata. Dicono che Bartolini ha perso il pacco e che mi fan sapere richiamando. Passa una settimana, richiamo io perché nessuno si fa sentire… mi dicono che mi richiamano… e mi arriva mail di rimborso!! I bambini aspettavano le calze per il basket… post vendita che dire PESSIMO è dire poco!! Zero serietà Zero stelle BAD experience, order placed on 03/16 and shipped (maybe) 03/28 without ever tracking…. Wrote 15 emails, never answered, called, they told me they would call me back but never had a call. They say that Bartolini has lost the package and that they let me know by calling back. A week goes by, I call back because no one is heard… they tell me they call me back… and I get a refund email !! The children were waiting for the basketball socks ... after sales what to say BAD is an understatement !! Zero seriousness Zero stars
