TOP TOP e ancora TOP Ho chiamato per chiedere il colore di una giacca Colmar da sci (perchè dal loro sito non capivo se nera o blu scuro) e avevo chiesto se avevano la taglia 50. Successivamente faccio l'ordine on line e ricevo su Whats App questo messaggio: "Buongiorno, la contatto da Sportclubshop per l'ordine della giacca Colmar. La mia collega aveva capito la tg 50 per telefono mentre nel suo ordine risulta la tg 48 . Vorrei conferma della taglia prima di spedire . Gherardo" Al che ho risposto che invece avevo preso appositamente la 48 (poichè ci avevo ripensato) al posto della 50. Cioè si sono ricordati della mia chiamata e mi hanno chiesto se avessi sbagliato la taglia, questo (per me che ho un'azienda) significa tenere al cliente e amare quello che si fa. 6 stelle non si possono dare???? That is, they remembered my call and asked me if I had the wrong size, this (for me as a company) means caring for the customer and loving what you do. Can't give 6 stars ????
