Peccato che mi vengano assegnati appuntamenti in tutti altri orari e date rispetto a quelle richieste in fase di prenotazione sul portale, che per motivi di lavoro non corrispondono alle mie disponibilità. Ho chiamato più volte per sapere le disponibilità nei giorni e orari che mi necessitano, ma loro non le sanno e mi fanno annullare continuamente gli appuntamenti sul portale e riprovare ad inserire nuove richieste che puntualmente non vanno bene perché in orari per me impossibili. Com'è possibile che una struttura non sappia le disponibilità dei propri appuntamenti? La soluzione della signorina che mi ha risposto è.. prenoti una visita privata. In quel caso sappiamo gli orari! Direi professionali.. ah non chiedete di parlare con un responsabile perché è sempre impegnato ovviamente.. sconsiglio per lo staff, no per la dottoressa che è molto preparata e competente. Peccato!
