G	Gi R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la mia personale esperienza sono rimasto parecchio deluso dal servizio di fermopoint presso questa società. Ho chiamato la mattina stessa per il ritiro di un pacco e ho avuto conferma degli orari di apertura pomeridiani (14-18) facendo presente il mio nominativo e l'orario indicativo del mio arrivo. Mi sono presentato presso la sede alle14.20 ma non ho potuto ritirare il pacco. Un signore totalmente scortese mi ha risposto scocciato e mi ha cacciato dall'ufficio, affermando che non era lui il referente che si occupava del fermopoint, che al momento non c'era nessuno e che sarei dovuto ritornare dopo mezz'ora. Faccio presente che dopo poco (circa 10 min) si sono presentati anche un'altra utente ed un corriere, ai quali non è stata neppure aperta la porta, nonostante abbiano suonato. Dopo aver contattato telefonicamente il referente fermopoint, ho potuto ritirare il pacco alle 15.10 all'arrivo del personale adibito al servizio (fortunatamente più cortese). Posso capire che possono esserci inconvenienti, ma un servizio del genere dovrebbe garantire la presenza negli orari di apertura, a maggior ragione se chiamato poco ore prima per avere conferma dell'orario di ritiro o perlomeno avvisare il cliente). Totalmente inaccettabile la maleducazione della persona che mi ha accolto per primo, al quale ho giustamente contrabbatuto (in maniera civile). In my personal experience I was very disappointed with the fermopoint service at this company. I called the same morning to collect a package and I had confirmation of the afternoon opening hours (14-18) by mentioning my name and the estimated time of my arrival. I showed up at the office at 2.20pm but I couldn't collect the package. A totally rude gentleman replied annoyed and kicked me out of the office, stating that he was not the contact person who took care of the fermopoint, that at the moment there was no one and that I should return after half an hour. I would like to point out that after a while (about 10 minutes) another user and a courier also showed up, to whom the door was not even opened, despite having rang. After contacting the fermopoint contact by telephone, I was able to collect the package at 3.10 pm upon the arrival of the staff assigned to the service (fortunately more courteous). I can understand that there may be inconveniences, but such a service should guarantee presence during opening hours, even more so if called a few hours before to confirm the pick-up time or at least notify the customer). Totally unacceptable the rudeness of the person who welcomed me first, to whom I rightly smuggled (in a civil manner).

Sconsigliatissimo They do parcel delivery service and do not respect opening hours, so one is forced to take the package home. Not recommended

Una stella ma ne meriterebbero zero + pollice in giù ? Bad experience for a fermopoint, they open and close without respecting a specific time with the result that couriers are unable to deliver the packages which then go into storage. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !! One star but they deserve zero + thumbs down ?

La persona all'interno di Solumnia è stato efficiente e veramente gentile nel tenermi il pacco nel negozio e ad avvisarmi del tutto. Davvero un ottimo servizio. A package of mine had arrived, and BRT hadn't warned me, on the contrary they had given it up for missing. The person inside Solumnia was efficient and really kind in keeping the package for me in the shop and warning me completely. Really great service.

Il ragazzo è stato più che disponibile e gentilissimo. GRAZIE I must say Thanks to this company I solved a big problem and only because the SDA courier had not passed for the collection. The guy was more than helpful and very kind. THANK YOU

I loro orari sono pubblicati su google, basta rispettarli per trovare sempre qualcuno. Great, really recommended. Kind and helpful people. I have every package of mine, especially from ebay, delivered there. Never a problem. Their timetables are published on google, just respect them to always find someone.
