★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My desk chair is exactly as it was advertised. It is a traditional style, good quality and absolutely made my day. As I ordered it all the to UK from Italy, I was impressed by the amount of packaging the chair arrived in & the delivery service was great, I was kept informed when my chair would arrive and had the option to choose a delivery day once it arrived in UK. I would highly recommended this business as I have received excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 120cm executive pedal desk from Simone Guarracino which arrived today.
Incredibly happy with the finish of the item, which is beautifully made and very impressively designed. I am very satisfied with the overall quality of the item.
Simone Guarracino have been very friendly and easy to communicate with, and have always been very fast to respond to queries.
I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are buying from the UK and getting delivered in the UK you better pay attention to following:
1. Free delivery claim is very misleading. You would need to pay VAT, port handling and admin charges to logistic company on top of the product price. In my case they were close to 50% of price of the product. There is no mention of this info in obvious places at their website. Most businesses make it clear once you are checking out and enter your delivery address details so that buyer knows Brexit impact and total product cost.
2. You have to find T&Cs on their website, read all the small print, and somewhere it is mentioned that UK buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes. A legally correct but somewhat deceptive business practice for a common buyer.
3. Product is not authentic Italian if that is what you are after. Products are manufactured in Indonesia not Italy, shipped to Italy and then to customer. All this cost is added into the product price.
4. Once all product cost, handling charges, and duties are added, the total price would be higher than, in most cases, if you buy product from within the UK.
5. Product pictures on the websites are of HD quality and in real life product will be atleast 30% lower in quality compared to website pictures.
Think before you buy if you are buying assuming you are buying genuine Italian product with an authentic Italian craftsmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! An EXTRA 60% for VAT + delivery + import. I purchased an item for £200. After purchasing I was asked to supply an EORI number. I didn't have one so asked if I could cancel my order but they refused. I then had to obtain an EORI number. I then got a bill from the Courier company for £120 to cover VAT, Admin and Customs fees. I again contacted the company to let them know I was unhappy and could they cancel and have a refund - they declined. They basically said that this was because of Brexit and not their problem. So my £200 unit was now £320. The unit, when I eventually got it was fine and had I received it with no issues for the price quoted on the website, I would have been happy. But the hassle and cost really made this a poor and disappointing experience. If you live in the UK and are buying from this company, ensure you research the full cost of importing your items.

The desk is beautiful, I only wish it had bigger storage space. Thank you very much, I will surely buy again.
