★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il primo armadio è arrivato ammaccato, il cartone esterno era un po' graffiato ma non distrutto, per cui ho accettato la consegna e me ne sono accorto dopo, aprendo il cartone. Naturalmente mi sono rivolto alla Silmec per segnalare la cosa e loro hanno immediatamente risposto, inviando un nuovo armadio (con altro corriere) ed accettando il reso. Potevano anche rifiutarsi e dire che era caduto a me, per dire... Direi che una spedizione sfortunata può capitare a tutti, capita a chi lavora, ma dico anche che è come si rimedia al danno che rivela la "classe". Non mi hanno snobbato, mi hanno contattato e sono stati "sul pezzo" fino all'ultimo, hanno seguito e curato il cliente. 5 stelle senza pietà! Bravi!

Of course I turned to Silmec to report the thing and they immediately replied, sending a new wardrobe (with another courier) and accepting the return. They could also refuse and say that it had fallen to me, to say ... I would say that an unfortunate expedition can happen to everyone, it happens to those who work, but I also say that it is how to remedy the damage that reveals the "class". They didn't snub me, they contacted me and they were "on the piece" to the last, they followed and looked after the customer. 5 stars without mercy! Bravi!

Il luogo in cui è situato è molto gradevole perché all'esterno c'è un bell piazzale incui si possono fare aperitivi poi fanno dei Bocconi che per conto mio sono oltre buoni e non vengono a costare in più e questo è un buon fattore.
