M	Michal Polacko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English speaking, proactively calling if needed, polite and ready to assist. I rented the same bike as I own (bmw f650gs) and that rented one was even in better shape than mine. We ride around 1000 km, 2 people and full backage, no problem.

ME AND MY WIFE BOOKED A CAR DIRECT FROM AIRPORT BUT THEY CANCELED US BECAUSE WE WERE LATE 15 MINS DUE TO FLIGHT DELAY, SO THEY OFFERED ME AN OTHER CAR 4 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE BOOKING FOR THE SAME DAYS. I REFUSED OFC AND I TOOK A TAXI TO SICILZ MOTO RENT TOTALLY RANDOM FOUND IT IN INTERNET. THE OWNER A TRUE MOTORBIKE DUDE OFFERED US A 125C VESPA, HE DID ALL THE PAPERS VERY EASY AND FAST AND IN A GOOD PRICE. WE VERY FAST DISCOVERED THAT TO DRIVE IN PALERMO A MOTORBIKE IS THE ONLY WAY!! WITH A CAR ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND PARKING AND THE TRAFFIC IS HELL. WITH THIS VESPA WE WERE DRIVING AROUND NEXT TO CARS AND STOPED WEREWHERE WE LIKED TO SEE FOR EXAMPLE QUATRO CANTI AND OTHER MONUMENTS. WE DROVE ALMOST EVERYDAY TO MONDELLO BEACH WITH THE VESPA LIKE 20 MINS WITHOUT SWEATING IN THE HOT WEATHER INSIDE A CAR. NEXT TIME IN SICILY AGAIN A MOTORBIKE AND ONLY FROM THE MOTORHEAD DUDE. MY ONLY WARNING IF YOU DONT HAVE BIKE EXPERIENCE DONT RENT A BIKE BECAUSE PALERMO IS NOT FOR BEGGINERS. THX MOTORHEAD DUDE FOR SAVING OUR VACATION.
S	S Neyman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 stars: Seems like a nice place to rent scooters. Close to old town attractions. The owner was really nice and spoke English well. Unfortunately, they did not have a 125cc scooter available until mid-day next day with a 6pm return because there is no after hours drop off. Their prices are definitely high, comparing to Alfa Car Rental (55 euro with no mileage included vs 35 euro and 70kms included. It might have been a misunderstanding, but helmets were extra as well.)
K	KARIM DAHBI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Stay away from them!!!!! I would not recommend this motor rental to anybody. The staff didn't explain the contract terms to us, they didn't tell us about the hidden fees if you exceed a certain mileage and the worst thing is once we paid for the motor bike they stopped replying to our calls. This just showed that all matters to them is money and they don't care about the safety of their customers. Also please make sure to check if you are eligible to drive in Italy because this moto rent doesn't take any responsibility for checking your license.

The owner speaks good English and spent plenty of time telling us the best riding routes the the countryside. Lots of cool motorcycle lore and research in the shop as well!

It's highly recommended to call and book in advance as the demand is high and thdy don't have that many units to rent. The rent can include a helmet and a small fee to reduce the deposit required in advance. Prices are in line with the other rentals, albeit a bit high, especially for single day trips.
