★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato online un paio di UGG per fare un regalo di Natale. La persona che le ha ricevute però aveva bisogno di un numero in più perchè calzano un pò meno del normale. Nel rispedirle, abbiamo erroneamente utilizzato la scatola originale chiudendola con dello scotch da imballaggio.
Questo, secondo il venditore, ha reso il prodotto "invendibile", nonostante le scarpe non fossero mai state indossate e fossero perfettamente integre.
Ci siamo offerti di farci carico dei costi di una nuova scatola (brandizzabile come l'originale), ma niente, ci è stato rifiutato il reso e di conseguenza il rimborso. Nonostante fosse già il secondo paio di scarpe che ordinavamo presso di loro.
All'insegna del venire incontro all'esigenza dei propri clienti!
We bought a pair of UGGs online as a Christmas present. The person who received them, however, needed an extra number because they fit a little less than normal. When returning them, we have mistakenly used the original box and closed it with packing tape.
This, according to the seller, made the product "unsaleable", despite the fact that the shoes had never been worn and were perfectly intact.
We offered to pay the costs of a new box (brandable like the original), but nothing, we have been refused the return and consequently the refund. Although it was already the second pair of shoes we ordered from them.
