★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il maestro Luigi non dovrebbe permettersi di fare commenti del tipo "ma questa non sa sciare" o "meno male che non mi è capitata x tutta la settimana", loro si pagano x insegnare e non per criticare. Un consiglio alla premiazione dite i primi 3 posti e dal 4° date le medaglie senza classifica perché i bambini ci rimangono male se gli viene detto che sono agli ultimi posti.
 Master Luigi shouldn't allow himself to make comments like "but she doesn't know how to ski" or "thank goodness that hasn't happened to me all week", they pay to teach and not to criticize. A tip at the awards ceremony say the first 3 places and from the 4th give the medals without ranking because the children are bad if they are told that they are in the last places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei mai pensato di indossare un paio di sci. Solo la bravura e la preparazione del maestro Ezio hanno reso possibile questo miracolo. Paziente, cortese e disponibile. Tutto il personale della scuola, dal desk al nolo sci è stato cortese ed è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze. La navetta della scuola è un ottimo servizio. Non vedo l'ora di tornare e proseguire con le lezioni
I never thought I'd wear a pair of skis. Only the skill and preparation of the master Ezio made this miracle possible. Patient, courteous and helpful. All the staff at the school, from the desk to the ski hire, were courteous and met all our needs. The school shuttle is a great service. I can't wait to go back and continue with the lessons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A polarising experience. Dario, the ski instructor who thought my wife in a beginner group of 6 people was quite good, but the ski school itself wasn't managed so well. First of all we had quite a difficult time booking with any of the ski schools in Madonna di Campiglio via email and therefore were happy to find that this school had an online booking page. We booked online, but never got any instructions on how to join the first class. When we arrived at the school the first day they told us we were too late for the lesson that day. They accommodated us by arranging a private lesson for that day plus half of the group lesson. However, at the end of the day my wife felt like she wasn't well matched to the level of the group and requested to take private lessons instead, but was met with resistance from the management who only offered really late private lessons at 4pm. Additionally, many of the lessons started at the bottom of the lift, which meant that 15min was automatically wasted. The instructor also finished 10min early to rush to another lesson. On one of the days the instructor arrived 15 min late without explanation or apology. The whole group was Italian and only my wife was English-speaking. The instructor was explaining in English to her but she would not get the benefit of learning in a class as the rest of the class was thought in Italian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 instructors. One(a woman,Micella) was really good,showed attention, gave instructions. The other one(a young man,Nico) - checking instagram was probably more interesting to him than trying to explain the client's mistakes.100euros, 2hours and 10sentences. Have never experienced this before:) 2stars because the lady was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used in the past - very experienced, "simpatici" teachers. Office staff however condescending and rude. Enquired in person for lessons for whole family again this year due to previous positive experience, but did not book due to being treated poorly - an attitude that I thought died out in ski culture 20 years ago. Plenty of other schools that are more competently managed, with better customer service that are more than willing to take your money.
P.S. I would be inclined to give only 1 or 2 stars given how put off I was from the experience. However, out of charity, and the fact the teachers are actually good, I am giving 3 stars.
