★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' antipatico, sono entrato per chiedere consiglio su una mtb di fascia media. Ma forse se non spendi più di 2000 euro non ti cagano? La prossima volta proverò a sventolare banconote da 500 euro, o faccio prima a recarmi altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una bicicletta MTB Cube nel 2015 che ritengo fantastiche in tutte le categorie di prezzo.
Moglie e marito non sanno farci con la clientela e se non spendi 5000€ non sei un cliente da trattare bene. Se chiedi un manutenzione ordinaria (ovviamente pagando) storcono il naso perché sembra debbano fare prima il restauro della cappella Sistina.
Io non spenderò più nemmeno 1 centesimo da loro.
Ps. State attenti ai prezzi di listino delle bici (che si trovano tranquillamente online e i prezzi da cui partono, alzano il prezzo per farti credere di averti fatto sconti)
I bought a Cube MTB bicycle in 2015 which I think are fantastic in all price categories.
Wife and husband don't know what to do with customers and if you don't spend € 5000 you are not a customer to be treated well. If you ask for ordinary maintenance (obviously paying) they turn up their noses because it seems they must first restore the Sistine chapel.
I will not spend even 1 cent more on them.
Ps. Be careful of the list prices of the bikes (which are easily found online and the prices from which they start, raise the price to make you believe that you have made discounts)

Personalmente ho trovato tanta disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia ma anche tanta pazienza visto che sono andato più volte senza mai finalizzare un acquisto ed ho trovato grande professionalità e disponibilità del titolare e della signora.
Vasta esposizione di biciclette di ogni tipo, dalle bici per bambini a quelle per professionisti, dalle city bike alle bici da corsa.
Vasto anche l'assortimento di accessori, complimenti.

Personally I found a lot of availability, courtesy and sympathy but also a lot of patience since I went several times without ever finalizing a purchase and I found great professionalism and availability of the owner and the lady.
Extensive display of bicycles of all kinds, from children's bikes to those for professionals, from city bikes to racing bikes.
The assortment of accessories is also vast, congratulations.
