★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In base alle mie pregresse esperienze in diverse strutture di Napoli, mi sento di consigliare questa residenza assistenziale per i seguenti motivi:
- pulizia degli ambienti;
- assistenza medica e infermieristica continuativa;
- presenza quotidiana di OSS, OSA, fisioterapisti, assistenti sociali;
- attività di intrattenimento e animazione (elaborazioni artistiche, letture, cineforum, musica dal vivo, giochi di socializzazione, spettacoli teatrali ecc.);
- servizio di catering con diete personalizzate e particolare attenzione a gusti e abitudini personali;
- ampie aree comuni e bar;
- camere dotate di letti ortopedici regolabili, lavabi a bacino mobile, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, TV e telefono;
- la struttura è dotata anche di una cappella interna, giardini attrezzati con barbecue, ampio parcheggio e vista panoramica su Capri;
Infine, raccomando fortemente questa RSA anche e soprattutto per la gentilezza, l'empatia e la dedizione al lavoro di tutto il personale.
Based on my previous experiences in different structures in Naples, I would like to recommend this nursing home for the following reasons:
- cleaning of the rooms;
- continuous medical and nursing assistance;
- daily presence of OSS, OSA, physiotherapists, social workers;
- entertainment and animation activities (artistic elaborations, readings, cineforum, live music, socializing games, theatrical performances, etc.);
- catering service with personalized diets and particular attention to personal tastes and habits;
- large common areas and bars;
- rooms equipped with adjustable orthopedic beds, mobile basins, heating, air conditioning, TV and telephone;
- the structure also has an internal chapel, gardens equipped with barbecue, ample parking and a panoramic view of Capri;
Finally, I strongly recommend this RSA also and above all for the kindness, empathy and dedication to work of all the staff.

È una struttura con una organizzazione pessima è dire poco, finché tutto fila per il meglio è ok, gli infermieri sono disponibili e fanno il loro lavoro eccetto qualcuno.
Se durante il soggiorno di un vostro caro dovesse precipitare dite nei guai, preparatevi a fare la pallina di pinc ponc senza risolvere il problema. Un direttore non esiste quindi vi troverete a parlare con persone che vi dico si avete ragione ma....., è anche se vi arrabbiare nulla cambia.
Ho perso mia suocera e non vi dico cosa ho dovuto fare per portarsela, li un medico non esiste solo a voce dicono che c'è.
Se amate un vostro caro cambiate struttura, se è al contrario allora va bene.
Non vi fate ingannare dalla disponibilità che vi mostrano a primo impatto, su quello sono bravi soprattutto il personale al centralino.
Spero che questa mia recensione venga pubblicata per il bene delle persone.

If during the stay of a loved one you should fall into trouble, get ready to make the pinc ponc ball without solving the problem. A manager does not exist so you will find yourself talking to people who tell you you are right but ....., even if you get angry, nothing changes.
I lost my mother-in-law and I don't tell you what I had to do to take her, a doctor doesn't exist there only by word of mouth they say there is.
If you love a loved one, change the structure, if it is the other way around then it's okay.
Don't be fooled by the availability they show you at first glance, especially the staff at the switchboard are good at that.
