Mi hanno inviato un paio di scarpe con un visibile e oggettivo difetto, non mi hanno ridato i soldi spesi, ed è stato un continuo prendermi in giro per telefono, promettendo un rimborso che non è mai stato effettuato. Adesso si negano anche al telefono. Senza parole!!!
Incompetent and dishonest. They sent me a pair of shoes with a visible and objective defect, they didn't give me back the money I spent, and it was a constant catch on the phone, promising a refund that was never made. Now they even deny themselves over the phone. Without words!!!
