Quattro Quarti Pizzeria

Hands down the best pizzeria in Tavernanova. I have been working in tavernanova for almost 10 years now and I have tried all the pizzerias in the area, the latter, recently opened, is the best. Prices slightly above average (1 € approx.) But better ingredients and final product than all the pizzerias nearby. I in particular took a diavola which was very good and spicy at the right point. They also do takeaway delivery and are accurate in delivering.

Excellent pizza, talented young pizza makers and excellent hospitality

I wanted to try this pizzeria where I had never been before. Relatively new, one of the last pizzerias open in the area: in short, it was worth trying. At the entrance, an excellent smell of pizza, as in the best pizzerias. The waitress immediately made us sit and brought us the menu. We were the only customers in the room, and after a while the waitress started pressing to place the order ... I know she wanted to be available, but if within 10 minutes I have to ask you 3 times to leave us a little 'time to consult the menu then there is some problem ? in any case we decide and take a capricciosa and a special with purple potatoes, mozzarella and cup. We wait for the pizzas and we notice a very very serious thing: the toppings on the pizza make them put to the waitress handing her the slices of salami inside a box for pizzas! An absurd thing ... the scene left us perplexed, because it is neither in heaven nor on earth that a waitress touches the food with her hands, also because the waitress touches many other things: the menus, the chairs, perhaps the money, etc. ... in short, it is not at all hygienic! However, the pizza was very good, and it is a pity that there is this serious flaw. We also observed the movements of the waitress afterwards, and not only did she also stuff other pizzas (putting cold cuts with her bare hands as a topping), but she never sanitized her hands ... and before that she had also opened the door to customers who arrived to buy takeaway ... in times of covid this is very serious ? If we then add the slightly high prices (natural water from 0.75 L to € 2.50 and covered at € 2.00 in the area not even the best pizzeria does it ), then it is clear that I cannot give more than 2 stars, even if the pizza was very good. I suggest reviewing the hygiene rules, because they are even more important than location, price and quality!

We went to this pizzeria on a Saturday evening with some friends, the thing that immediately struck me was the friendliness of the staff and the availability. The restaurant has a few tables but the internal organization is excellent, we ordered two mixed fritturine and some pizzas, all good, from the products used to the very light pizza dough, the fast and impeccable service, the bill absolutely honest, we will definitely be back , I advise.
