Personale gentile e ben disposto. Impossibile uscirne senza aver comprato nulla. The shop looks very very good ... Large, full of lights and with a large staircase at the bottom. Many products, well assorted and all displayed with skill. Friendly and well-disposed staff. Impossible to get out without having bought anything.

Metto 1 stella perchè non posso metterne zero. Scortesia e, detto in termini spicci, poca voglia di vivere e lavorare. Mi dispiace perchè la profumeria in sè merita ma davvero la grande pecca è il personale. Non ci metterò più piede. I don't usually review when to do it I have to give a negative opinion but I think whoever manages the place must know. I put 1 star because I can't put zero. Unkindness and, in brisk terms, little desire to live and work. I'm sorry because the perfumery itself deserves but really the big flaw is the staff. I won't set foot there again.

Prima di essere dei commessi o responsabili si è persone, una non esclude l'altra e bisogna avere rispetto non solo vendere. I prodotti acquistabili ovunque sono sicuramente nulli davanti a chi li presenta. Recensisco le persone più che il negozio. Chiamata per un colloquio qui, esteso il tutto a documenti richiesti in tempi brevissimi mandati data la necessità di personale con una tale urgenza e per mia fortuna pensavo, data anche la mia di urgenza. Dopo 2 settimane di chiamate ed email per sapere quando iniziare, con tanto di posticipazione, SPARITI. Successivamente ad una serie di chiamate con esito scortese, maleducato e poco, o meglio, zero professionale mi hanno detto di essere stata scartata. Dopo ben 2 settimane d'attesa, accordo d'inizio, documenti mandati a chi di dovere, mi hanno fatto perdere tempo ed occasioni lavorative. UNA VERGOGNA. Purtroppo come dice il detto "la vita dà il pane a chi non ha i denti". Quando la gente (non tutta) ha lo stipendio assicurato se ne frega altamente di chi invece ne ha bisogno tralasciando il rispetto e l'umanità e di fatto qui per chi gestisce sembra un optional. Complimenti! La mia prima recensione in assoluto e vedo di non essere neanche l'unica ad aver dovuto necessariamente farlo. È bene saperlo per chi come me non può perdere tempo e soprattutto perché si sappia che qui si viene trattati così, con zero rispetto. The perfumery is beautiful, too bad for those who manage it !!! After a series of calls with rude, rude and little, or better, zero professional results, they told me they had been rejected. After 2 weeks of waiting, starting agreement, documents sent to the right people, they made me waste time and job opportunities. A SHAME. Unfortunately, as the saying goes, "life gives bread to those without teeth". When people (not all) have an insured salary, they don't give a damn about those who need it, leaving out respect and humanity and in fact here for those who manage it seems an optional. Congratulations! My first review ever and I see I'm not the only one who necessarily had to do it either. It is good to know this for those like me who cannot waste time and above all so that we know that this is how we are treated here, with zero respect.
