★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale a dir poco scortese, ho atteso più di 15 minuti per essere poi "considerata" da una commessa indisponente e rimessa subito dopo in attesa per fare una telefonata durata altri 10 minuti. Non sono una cliente pretenziosa ma almeno un po' di attenzione mi avrebbe fatto piacere.
Staff to say the least rude, I waited more than 15 minutes to be then "considered" by an annoying contract and put back immediately waiting to make a phone call that lasted another 10 minutes. I'm not a pretentious client but at least a little attention would have pleased me.

l’educazione e l’autocontrollo perché dopo la risposta che mi hai dato senza alcun motivo avrei dovuto rispondere di conseguenza.
La conversazione è stata la seguente:
Io che indico, GENTILMENTE, alla commessa quale delle mie amiche avesse bisogno e le dico che stavo SOLAMENTE guardando e lei che dice TESTUALI PAROLE: “Non mi interessa, devi aspettare, siete in troppe.”, successivamente, COME SE NON BASTASSE, dopo un mio silenzio imbarazzato e stupito, si è anche permessa di dirci, indicando la porta “LEI VA A PAGARE, VOI ANDATE FUORI!”. Mi dispiace per le altre commesse, perché sono state molto gentili, ma questo soggetto, mi ha impedito di guardare cosmetici che magari avrei potuto comprare.

I kindly point out to the saleswoman which of my friends she needed and tell her that I was ONLY watching and she says TEXTUAL WORDS: "I don't care, you have to wait, there are too many.", Subsequently, AS IF NOT ENOUGH, after an embarrassed and amazed silence of mine, she even took the liberty of saying to us, pointing to the door "YOU GO TO PAY, YOU GO OUT!". I'm sorry for the other orders, because they were very kind, but this subject prevented me from looking at cosmetics that maybe I could have bought.

The girl who followed me, good friendly prepared, as far as the manager of the store is concerned, no, rather unpleasant.With all the money I spent not even a free sample I don't think I'll go anymore (not for the free samples but for the manager)
