Una delle due commesse non ha rispettato l'ordine di arrivo servendo prima di noi una cliente arrivata dopo. Non abbiamo detto nulla, ma al momento di essere serviti abbiamo evidenziato quanto successo. La commessa ha insistito con tono imperioso e a tratti maledicato che noi eravamo arrivati dopo. Ritengo che i clienti devono essere trattati in altro modo. Magari non interessa, ma avete perso un cliente e non solo!
I am an occasional customer but for many years. I was today in the afternoon, there were three of us. One of the two orders did not respect the order of arrival by serving a customer who arrived later before us. We didn't say anything, but at the moment of being served we highlighted what happened. The saleswoman insisted in an imperious and sometimes cursed tone that we had arrived later. I believe that customers need to be treated differently. Maybe it doesn't matter, but you have lost a customer and more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel pomeriggio del 15 aprile io e mia sorella siamo andate a douglas per comprare un fondotinta. Siamo uscite con un fondotinta,un pennello per metterlo ed un mascara. Ci ha servito Gloriana,ragazza estremamente competente,educata e simpatica. Ottimo il servizio da lei offerto. Se torneremo a Treviso, sicuramente passeremo da Douglas.
In the afternoon of April 15th my sister and I went to douglas to buy a foundation. We went out with a foundation, a brush to put it on and a mascara. Gloriana, an extremely competent, polite and nice girl, served us. The service she offered was excellent. If we go back to Treviso, we will definitely go to Douglas.
