E	Enzo Honda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre stelle perché ne avrei dato 5 alla stazione di Vasto Nord mentre 1 a quella dentro Vasto dove ormai non ci vado quasi più altrimenti rischio di litigare, soprattutto per il GPL, ogni volta ti fanno attendere minuti e minuti alla pompa senza che nessuno si avvicina, anzi volutamente non guardano verso le pompe a gpl e se provi a chiamarli ti rispondono male e con nervosismo. Dopo che ti attaccano la pompa finisci il pieno e si ripete la scena, altro tempo perso ad aspettare quando gli gira di venire a staccare. Una sera un cliente si è arrabbiato parecchio perché gli hanno risposto che devono prima servire i clienti alle pompe delle benzine e poco c'è mancato che si litigasse, allora ho capito che con 6 mezzi in famiglia a GPL è meglio andare altrove dove vieni accolto con un sorriso e servito come un "Cliente" e non come uno che è andato a rompere le scatole. I ragazzi sono simpatici ma dovrebbero essere un pò più attenti al servizio ai clienti: al gonfiaggio gomme, forse perché gratuito, si è lasciati spesso da soli. Ed è un peccato perché perdere punti per una sciocchezza del genere in un contesto, quello di Vasto, dove ci sono tanti altri concorrenti è poco furbo secondo il mio parere. Dopo 2 gocce di pioggia si blocca l’asciugatura, rimango con auto bagnata e NON mi viene proposta una nuova asciugatura e NEANCHE rimborso parziale, chiedo come fare(domani ho cerimonia), mi dicono che non si puo fare nulla. Mi metto al coperto ad asciugare a mano, mi spengono le luci cosi non vedo nulla. I tipici dipendenti che distruggono le aziende. Mi devono spiegare come hanno fatto a mettere 34.5 litri di GPL in un serbatoio da 30 litri che per motivi di sicurezza va riempito all'80%. Today 12/26/2021. I filled up a Hyundai i10 with LPG.
