β β β β β We arrived before check in, our room was not ready so front desk sold us 2 beers while we wait. Right after opening the bottle, the room was ready. Ok, so we go to room and start unpacking. I find a large bag full of loose apples, dirty rags and cleaning products. (Do NOT eat the apples left in the room) Turns out we were checked into wrong room and had to move which was good as the new room was more what I expected when I booked it. Room was nice and clean. I wish they gave you more coffee pods for the machine, they charge for extra and no other coffee pot in room. Also no wake up call was available or clock, so be sure you bring something as we needed to leave our final morning at 4 am to catch our flight. I give 3 stars because the rooms and hotel were nice.

β β β β β We just got back from spending 3 weeks at the PopArtment. The staff was very friendly and capable. The apartment was spacious and clean. While it isn't in downtown Florence it is a short walk to the bus stop and a quick trip to anywhere in Florence and it is located in a very friendly neighborhood

β β β β β Lovely, modern, clean and spacious apartment and excellent value. Convenient for walking to and from the centre (or getting the tram). The staff were very helpful as we had to check-in the morning after we were meant to arrive as our flight was delayed. They also allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel after checking-out so we could take another visit to the Duomo before we left for the airport. We would recommended PopArtment to anyone staying in Florence who is happy eating out for food and using the apartment's small kitchen to make their own food when required. We would stay at PopArtment again if we are back in Florence in the future!

β β β β β We enjoyed our 5-day stay at this spacious, comfortable, and modern accommodation. Our room had a well-stocked kitchenette and plenty of closet space. Very quiet and calm so we rested very well. The staff is friendly, attentive and multilingual. Only an 15 minute walk to the train station and a short bus ride to the attractions. Wifi is strong and very fast broadband speeds. Highly recommended!

β β β β β I canβt imagine a more perfect accommodation than this one. Everything is beautiful and clean in our room, and it feels like a home away from home. Weβve been making our own meals from the fresh produce weβve gathered from various open markets in the city center. The staff here are even more incredibleβthey are so welcoming, generous, and helpful! Theyβve answered all of our questions about our various day trips weβve planned. They even printed out vouchers for one of the museums that we werenβt able to print before coming to Florence. The location is ideal also, itβs away from the business. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station; however, the concierge also made sure to let us know about the tram nearby that can take you straight into town. My husband and I preferred to walk though, because we wanted to try and burn off all of the yummy food weβve been eating. I highly recommend this gem of a spot! I wish they had locations all over the world :-)

β β β β β This is the best place I have stayed in Italy. The room is clean and spacious with a sun-kissed terrace. A/C and shower work well. Not too many decoration but simple and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. All you need is to buy something from the supermarket. Not far at all from the main station by taking T2 tram. The staffs are all friendly and willing to help. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely choose PopArtment if I come back again.

β β β β β Very nice spot where you get to the center easily (20min) or u can take the tram, 3min from the hotel and get in 5min to the center, for 70e you have a small app, which is very good ! Special mention to Emannuela, she is at the reception, very nice, intelligent and gives very good advice upon the city spots, restaurants ! Thanks to her we ate in the best restaurant of Italia !!!

β β β β β The second hardest bed I ever slept on. There were flies in the room and I woke up with bite marks that look like they came from bed bugs. The shower was smaller than a cruise ship shower. So small I could not move in it. No wash cloths, irons or other basic necessities. Would not recommend.
