Ho comprato il 14 dicembre 2020 un paio di scarpe Tretorn che dopo esattamente 20 giorni si sono rotte (ciascuna scarpa in un punto diverso): le ho portate in negozio e la signora mi ha urlato contro. Non comprate nulla e soprattutto le scarpe in sconto, pessima qualità e zero post-vendita. Mi sono rivolta direttamente alla Tretorn per avere ristoro dell'acquisto e la Tretorn si rivolgerà al negozio per chiedere conto del trattamento a me riservato.
Bad, aggressive (and obviously fraudulent). On 14 December 2020 I bought a pair of Tretorn shoes that broke after exactly 20 days (each shoe in a different place): I took them to the store and the lady screamed at me. Do not buy anything and especially the shoes on a discount, bad quality and zero after-sales. I contacted Tretorn directly to have the purchase refreshed and Tretorn will contact the shop to ask for the treatment reserved for me.

Inoltre forniscono anche servizio whatsapp per comunicazioni dal numero fisso del negozio, in tempi molto brevi. Presente anche una sezione con sconti tutto l'anno. Consigliato.
Excellent store, well stocked for both men, women and children. The sales assistant was very helpful and proved to be very fast and capable. They also provide whatsapp service for communications from the store's fixed number, in a very short time. There is also a section with discounts all year round. Recommended.
