Io ho preso I'impasto orzo e Avena e come tipo la crudita':pomodorini e mozzarella fior di latte tutto rigorosamente a crudo. Prezzi imbattibili. Una Margherita normale 3.50€. Impasti particolari hanno una maggiorazione di 1.50€
La mia è costata 5€+1.50€=6.50. Consiglio di prenotare perché i posti non sono tantissimi, soprattutto di sabato e domenica (come dappertutto)
Really good pizza. Especially with special mixtures and leavening of 48 h. Light, crispy. I took I'impasto orzo and Avena and like the crudita ': cherry tomatoes and mozzarella fior di latte all strictly raw. Unbeatable prices. A normal daisy € 3.50. Special doughs have an increase of € 1.50
Mine cost € 5 + € 1.50 = 6.50. I recommend booking because there are not many seats, especially on Saturdays and Sundays (like everywhere)

Mangiavo la pizza senza glutine solo da voi, ma ieri nella mia pizza c’era un insetto, tipico della farina, e un pelo… la delusione che provo è profonda e radicata bene, avete perso una cliente.
If I were to rate up to ten, I'd rate zero ... or double zero. You won't see me again.
I only ate gluten-free pizza with you, but yesterday in my pizza there was an insect, typical of flour, and a hair ... the disappointment I feel is deep and well rooted, you have lost a customer.

Variety of doughs for excellent pizzas, the gluten-free one is very good. Quality ingredients such as mortadella and spicy salami ....... Good value for money. We will be back soon !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must when you in Manduria?? Full of locals which tells you that there is a quality and value for money. One of the best pizza I have recently and paid half of the price! They also have starters (selection of cheeses or local salami/sausages) which are served with freshly baked mini pizzas (wihout cheese). Staff speaks english just a bit but you can communicate easliy.
Would I eat there again? 100% big YES
