Carlo e' spaziale, e' un ottimo personal trainer, molto competente e preparato, e nello stesso tempo sempre pronto a farti fare qualche risata .... soprattutto quando sono sul tapis roulant e sono gia' senza fiato !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è stata la prima palestra/sala pesi castanese. in pieno centro cittadino, personale cortese e simpatico. ottima l'idea di consentire anche singoli ingressi, senza costringere gli utenti a fare abbonamenti mensili o addirittura annuali
It was the first gym / weight room Castanese. in the city center, polite and friendly. excellent the idea of allowing even individual inputs, without forcing users to make monthly or even yearly subscriptions
