Il personale, soprattutto I salumiere sono gentilissimi disponibili e cercano di accontentarti in ogni richiesta, le cassiere simpatiche e molto educate. Consigliatissimo
Always well-stocked, nothing is ever missing, the director is very capable in his work, he enforces the rules, anticovid, and perfectly manages all departments. The staff, especially the butchers are very kind and helpful and try to satisfy you in every request, the cashiers are nice and very polite. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina senza volerlo ho fatto cadere e rompere una bottiglia di salsa, naturalmente mi sono scusata e mi sono offerta di pagare il disagio che ho creato, ma la cassiera ed il direttore hanno iniziato a rivolgersi a me bruscamente e con risate di scherno neanche lo avessi fatto apposta. Non credo ci tornerò piu, alla fine non ho fatto nessun resto ed ho anche una certa età quindi le cose mi si potevano dire più gentilmente, non in tono così aggressivo
This morning I unintentionally dropped and broke a bottle of sauce, of course I apologized and offered to pay for the inconvenience I created, but the cashier and the manager started to address me abruptly and with mocking laughter I didn't even have it done on purpose. I don't think I'll go back, in the end I didn't do any rest and I'm also of a certain age so things could have been said to me more kindly, not in such an aggressive tone

Excellent in service, courtesy, top quality products. Well defined items arranged in shelves and shelving. Maximum cleaning and continuous sanitization. The staff are excellent to the point that you have the feeling of being with family and even at home. I recommend it to everybody.
