Lucky us, we were happily surprised by the quality of the food and service. The lucchese pasta were great and the house white wine very good too. The lady who attented us spoke a very good English and spent time explaining all the dishes. I strongly recommend that place if you are passing by Monte-Carlo

We come here often for coffee, hot chocolate and croissants. The locals say the lunches and dinners are great, and that's probably a better endorsement than a couple of American expats can give. We will surely have a full meal here soon!

There is also a nice seating area inside for the actual restaurant area. The man that waited on us was friendly. Montecarlo is charming.
