★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio orologio per farlo pulire, sono tornato a riprenderlo dopo qualche giorno e il sig. Mariani mi ha detto che in realtà la pulitura non era stata fatta perché non era necessaria, aveva provveduto a ripristinare la lubrificazione che era ormai quasi secca. Successivamente ha provveduto anche alla registrazione di marcia, praticamente mi ha restituito un orologio perfetto e non ha voluto assolutamente essere pagato. Voglio ringraziarlo pubblicamente per la sua professionalità, correttezza e onestà.
I brought my watch to have it cleaned, I went back to pick it up after a few days and Mr. Mariani told me that in reality the cleaning had not been done because it was not necessary, he had proceeded to restore the lubrication which was now almost dry. Subsequently, he also provided the gear registration, practically returned me a perfect watch and he absolutely did not want to be paid. I want to thank him publicly for his professionalism, fairness and honesty.
