I agree with other reviews..the products are excellent as is the brand..but the orders ... sulky..and grumpy..too bad..I won't go back ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata malissimo. Non con i vestiti. Con la commessa. Mal educata. Avevo come regalo una cifra di spendete li. E in avanzo di 9 € non ha consigliato niente di prendere. Ho chiesto una cosa piccola per usare i tutti soldi. Lei ha detto che devo cercare io cosa posso prendere. Hi chiesto di un costume bimbo. Non mi piaciuto. Ho lasciato avanzo. Fra settimana ho deciso di usare . Ho trovato una maglietta . Mentre ho portato alla cassa il vistito sotto la voce lei ha detto che la cifra è una "barzelletta". Ma si comporta così con i clienti? Anche se spendo 9€? Direi di NO. Torno di nuovo lì? DIREI DI NO. SCONSIGLIATO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è veramente regalata! Sui capi non discuto ma sulle commesse sì! È la seconda volta in poche settimane che mi trovo "maltrattata" dal personale del negozio a Maremà... La prima volta passi, la giornata storta capita a chiunque (anche se quando si lavora al pubblico non dovrebbe) ma stamattina è stato l'apice: mi reco con mia madre venuta apposta da fuori città nel punto vendita intenzionata a comperare un giubbotto per mia figlia. Entriamo in negozio ed eravamo noi 2, la simpatica commessa che neanche saluta e un'altra signora con la figlia. Ci mettiamo a guardare gli stands dei saldi e dopo 5 minuti veniamo invitate a separarci perché nel negozio eravamo troppi... Capienza massima 10 persone con tanto di cartello. Eravamo 5 al nostro ingresso. La "signorina" ci chiede di uscire perché raggiunta la capienza massima, dopo che erano entrate altre due famiglie con 3 o 4 componenti ciascuna. Il principio è: le regole vanno rispettate, ma sei tu, responsabile, che devi contingentare gli ingressi. Io ero dentro e stavo facendo acquisti e tu mi butti fuori?!?! Incredule togliamo il disturbo lasciando i giacconi che avevamo in mano.. morale: sono andata nel negozio accanto, ho preso un giubbotto ed ho pure risparmiato! Complimenti... Voi sì che siete campioni di marketing! Sono ancora attonita!
A star is truly given away! I do not argue about the leaders but about the orders yes! It is the second time in a few weeks that I find myself "mistreated" by the staff of the shop in Maremà ... The first time you pass, the bad day happens to anyone (even if when you work for the public it shouldn't) but this morning it was the top: I go with my mother who has come from out of town on purpose to the store intending to buy a jacket for my daughter. We enter the shop and it was the 2 of us, the nice saleswoman who doesn't even say hello and another lady with her daughter. We start looking at the sales stands and after 5 minutes we are invited to part because there were too many in the shop ... Maximum capacity 10 people with lots of signs. We were 5 at our entrance. The "Signorina" asks us to leave because we have reached the maximum capacity, after two other families with 3 or 4 members each entered. The principle is: the rules must be respected, but it is you, responsible, who must limit the inputs. I was in and I was shopping and you throw me out?!?! Incredulous we remove the trouble leaving the jackets we had in hand .. moral: I went to the shop next door, I took a jacket and I also saved! Congratulations ... You are marketing champions! I am still astonished!
