I have a lot of back and neck pain, and this helped a lot in realeasing some of the stress in my muscles. It was a full body massage, which was both ruff and mild. She was very aware of where it would hurt and made sure to ask if it needed to be milder. She also recommended exercises and other activities that would help me to recovery.
I would recommend this place anyday
