I went to them for the first time today. They welcomed me with great availability and clarity. They immediately made themselves available for a modification on the exhaust system of my 500, returning the car to me the same day after doing an excellent job. Competent and smart, they do this job out of passion. I will definitely come back for routine surgery too. Thank you!

Professionalism and courtesy are just two of the qualities that can be found in this workshop. Quality and precision are always present in every work carried out and as if that were not enough, it is possible to find in a single place personnel specialized in both electronics and mechanics, 3 bridges and even a test bench.

In my opinion they know what they are doing and they are good, I give 2 stars for the simple fact that I left the car in the workshop and they kept it for several weeks when I was only told 2 weeks .. besides waiting not they answered me on whatsapp .. I hope that with this you can speed up future waiting times and assistance to a customer on the cell.

I took the car to change the clutch, it's not a complicated job on a 2-volume subcompact so I was confident, I leave the car in the morning and it's pick-up in the late afternoon, the clutch works fine so I go home The next day I find a slick of oil in the garage, disconcerted, I carry the car back to the workshop and it is incredible but true they tell me they have not replaced the gasket when they changed the clutch they tell me that since it is Saturday to come back on Monday morning and they will fix the problem in a couple of hours the time for a coffee Monday at 8 as agreed I went to the workshop I left the car and went to a bar to drink coffee, at 9 they call me saying that they made a mistake in ordering the piece and that I have to come back the next day The next morning I go to the workshop and again it is not possible to do the job because the piece has not arrived I have to come back tomorrow Finally the third day is the right one Now draw your conclusions As you can read, in addition to being approximate they are also arrogant and it is never their fault if the car leaks oil it is because it is old to call them back and forth unnecessarily for 2 days it is not their fault They do not manage the spare parts of course they realized that the part was wrong only when the car was there and of course they realized that it had not been delivered, and consequently on Tuesday they could not do the job, only when I arrived in the workshop Plus I have to thank for undoing a damage that a job worthy of the name would not have created I point out that mine is not the only review to point out an inadequate work but I imagine that even there it is not their fault, when 17-year-old cars fail they must be thrown away because it is not possible to repair them this is a well-known thing The reason for this review is to tell about my experience as a consumer, in my opinion an inadequate service
