★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di recarmi al punto vendita ho telefonato per avere informazioni su un prodotto, mi ha risposto una ragazza molto scostante che invece di ascoltare le mie richieste ed essermi di aiuto, sottolineava il fatto di essere erborista e quindi sapeva il fatto suo.
Invece di aiutarmi mi ha messo in difficoltà
Adesso ho fatto il mio ordine on line ho speso molto meno e soprattutto ho trovato più comprensione e ascolto e una guida per le mie esigenze, piuttosto che in questo punto vendita.
Fatevi una domanda se perdete clienti!
La ringrazio per la sua risposta, ho chiamato per avere informazioni su un prodotto che sarei venuta ad acquistare e nn per trovarmi in difficoltà, durante la mia telefonata nn ho messo in dubbio la preparazione della sua collega, ci mancherebbe!!!!.
Poi nn devo pagare lo scotto di chi richiede informazioni Gratuitamente le assicuro he nn è il mio caso, ma se anche fosse è quello he ci si aspetta da chi svolge attività in modo professionale ed esclusivo.
Un po di empatia e umilta' nell ascoltare
