D	DONATO SIMONE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono officine dove non sanno come gestire i lavori e i tentativi grazie ai preventivi improvvisati sono tutti sulle spalle del povero cliente, da Autonove la professionalità e la cordialità la fanno da padrone, i problemi risolti nei giusti tempi, prezzi corretti, sempre certi di avere l'auto a posto ed efficiente. Pur arrivando da lontano mi fido solo di loro, anche come gommisti e per la revisione del veicolo. It's a shop that made me lose my faith in my car, my gearbox failure and the warranty. "They pretended they couldn't control it and didn't do the maintenance. I went 3vote to them, they didn't do anything to me, just wasting time fixing other irrelevant things.

Per la mia esperienza personale mi sono trovato molto bene, hanno eseguito la diagnosi e il lavoro con cura ed attenzione. I prezzi mi sembrano più che onesti. The owner is very helpful both in terms of schedules and explanations. From my personal experience I found myself very well, they performed the diagnosis and the work with care and attention. La volta prima per un cambio olio mi hanno fatto pagare un extra per la sanificazione, che non avevo richiesto, con la scusa del Covid. I was at the reception for 20 minutes without anyone coming to ask if I needed. I left. The first time for an oil change they charged me an extra for the sanitization, which I had not requested, with the excuse of Covid.

Мы приехали в Италию, и у нас поломалась машина, глохла на ходу( мы обратились в Autonove за помощью, нам провели диагностику быстро, за час-полтора и сообщили о проблеме. Поломался бензонасос, бензинный фильтр и свечи. Ремонт был дорогим( мы переселенцы из Украины, и ещё не успели найти работу) и нам пошли навстречу и починили машину. Это огромное счастье встретить таких людей в сложившейся ситуации!!! Миллион благодарностей Luca и его супруге!!! От всей нашей семьи!!! Vorrei dire un GRANDE GRAZIE a questa concessionaria! Siamo arrivati in Italia, e la nostra macchina si è rotta, si è fermata in movimento (ci siamo rivolti ad Autonove per chiedere aiuto, ci hanno diagnosticato velocemente, in un'ora e mezza e hanno segnalato il problema. La pompa benzina, il filtro benzina e le candele si sono guastati La riparazione è stata costosa (siamo immigrati dall'Ucraina e non siamo ancora riusciti a trovare un lavoro) e ci hanno aiutato e riparato l'auto.È una grande gioia incontrare persone così in questa situazione!!!Un milione di grazie a Luca e sua moglie!!!Da tutta la nostra famiglia!!! We arrived in Italy, and our car broke down, stalled on the go (we turned to Autonove for help, they diagnosed us quickly, in an hour and a half and reported the problem. The fuel pump, gasoline filter and spark plugs broke down. The repair was expensive (we are immigrants from Ukraine, and have not yet managed to find a job) and they helped us and repaired the car.It is a great happiness to meet such people in this situation!!!A million thanks to Luca and his wife!!!From our whole family!!!
