★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario molto scorbutico, fornito di prodotti di scarsissima qualità e con prezzi altissimi: piccolo esempio: ho pagato 4 euro una chiavetta per accordatura della batteria che mi è state consegnata senza involucro e non ho idea di che marca sia.
 Very grumpy owner, equipped with very poor quality products and with very high prices: small example: I paid 4 euro for a battery tuning key that was delivered to me without the casing and I have no idea what brand it is.

12/11/2020 I waited 30 Min in front of the shop when it reopened at 3.30 pm. Unreliable and irresponsible, it would have been enough to enter "temporarily closed" on Google or to hang a message on the shutter. I will not return for sure

Negozio fornito di molti strumenti di basissima qualità, come si puo vedere già dalla vetrina, venduti a prezzi decisamente troppo alti. Proprietario maleducato, decisamente arrogante e, come ciliegina sulla torta, pure razzista. Beh, nessuno è perfetto.
Potreste migliorare aggiornando gli orari, forse.

Shop equipped with many tools of very low quality, as you can already see from the window, sold at far too high prices. Rude owner, downright arrogant and, to top it off, racist too. Well, nobody is perfect.
You could improve by updating the timetables, perhaps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è mediamente fornito, ma il proprietario è terribilmente arrogante, presuntuoso e superficiale. Gli chiedo molto gentilmente se ha ukulele di altri colori oltre a quelli esposti, si reca in magazzino e torna con 7 ukulele tutti uguali dello stesso medesimo colore giusto per farmi vedere che li ha cercati con tanta premura. Allora abbastanza allibito gli chiedo ancora gentilmente "ci sono solo di questo colore giusto?" e lui serio mi risponde "tu devi FINIRE MALE dato che non ti fidi della gente". In più con tono canzonatorio mi dice che la custodia (peraltro di pessima qualità) è inclusa nel prezzo dello strumento (36,50€ di ukulele scadente). Conclusione: con 20€ mi prenderò ukulele + rispettiva custodia su internet ed eviterò ulteriori sfottò.
The shop is fairly average, but the owner is terribly arrogant, presumptuous and superficial. I ask him very kindly if he has ukulele of other colors besides the ones on display, he goes to the warehouse and comes back with 7 ukuleles all the same in the same color just to show me that he has looked for them with such care. Then, quite stunned, I still gently ask him "are there only this color right?" and he seriously replies to me "you have to FINISH BAD since you don't trust people". In addition, with a mocking tone he tells me that the case (which is also of poor quality) is included in the price of the instrument (€ 36.50 for a poor ukulele). Conclusion: with € 20 I will take ukulele + respective custody on the internet and avoid further teasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta compravo qui i plettri (e nient'altro) per questione di comodità. Un giorno sono entrato per i soliti micro acquisti con la mia Gibson 335 e mi sono sentito dire - parere peraltro non richiesto - che si trattava di una "cinesata"; ora: a parte l'assurdità dell'affermazione (la mia chitarra è uscita dallo stabilimento di Memphis), faccio presente che, salvo pochissime Gibson e Fender in esposizione dietro al bancone, tutti gli strumenti che questo negozio vende sono cinesi. TUTTI. Non mi sembra furbo da parte del commerciante disprezzare le produzioni asiatiche. Marchi tipo Rolings e Soundstation venduti a prezzi piuttosto alti, quattro Ibanez di bassa linea (China anche quelle) e un sacco di roba di infima qualità. Se il proprietario non fosse così insolente nello sparare le sue assurdità eviterei di scrivere questa recensione.
Il negoziante aveva precedentemente risposto a questa recensione dicendomi di andare "sotto i ponti con la mia cinesata a tirar su due soldi per i plettri", poi ha pensato bene di moderare i toni. Sono un apprezzato concertista sia all'organo sia al pianoforte, mi esibisco regolarmente nelle maggiori cattedrali europee, nei più bei palazzi storici italiani (compresa la Loggia della sua città) e nelle sale da concerto più prestigiose d'Italia. Sotto i ponti può andare qualcun altro, se proprio non sopporterà di venire a sentirmi.
I used to buy picks here (and nothing else) as a matter of convenience. One day I went in for the usual micro purchases with my Gibson 335 and I was told - however, an opinion not requested - that it was a "cinesata"; now: aside from the absurdity of the claim (my guitar came out of the Memphis factory), I would like to point out that, with the exception of very few Gibsons and Fenders on display behind the counter, all the instruments this shop sells are Chinese. ALL. It does not seem smart of the trader to despise Asian productions. Brands like Rolings and Soundstations sold for pretty high prices, four low-end Ibanezs (China too) and a lot of low-quality stuff. If the owner weren't so cheeky in shooting his nonsense I would avoid writing this review.
The shopkeeper had previously replied to this review by telling me to go "under the bridge with my Chinese girl to raise two bucks for the picks", then he thought it best to moderate the tones. I am an appreciated concert performer both on the organ and on the piano, I regularly perform in the major European cathedrals, in the most beautiful historic Italian buildings (including the Loggia of his city) and in the most prestigious concert halls in Italy. Someone else can go under the bridge, if they really can't bear to come and hear me.

Più che Musica Viva dovrebbe chiamarsi Musica Morta.
Scene from some time ago: I enter the shop. The owner turns his back to me from behind the counter, intent on cutting his nails. He responds to my greeting and my request listlessly, never looking me in the face. I leave without saying a word.
More than Musica Viva it should be called Musica Morta.
