★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli istruttori, preparati, disponibili e sempre attenti al rispetto delle misure anti-covid, hanno cura di posizionare gli attrezzi in modo da assicurare il corretto distanziamento. L'ambiente ampio e il tetto molto alto assicurano il continuo ricambio d'aria. Il tutto con il solito e tipico clima familiare.
The instructors, prepared, available and always attentive to compliance with anti-covid measures, take care to position the tools in order to ensure correct spacing. The large room and the very high roof ensure continuous air exchange. All with the usual and typical family atmosphere.

Pure gym. Body building, fitness, weightlifting, powerlifting ... but also male and female courses. You train well and the instructors are always there to give advice.
