Just bought 3 pairs of Stylmartin boots from them. Ordered April 24 10pm PST, Package arrived May 5 2pm FedEx. Amazing shipping. Packaging was simple but effective ("FRAGILE" tape and layers of plastic covering/protecting every mm.) Package left Prato, IT April 30, first touched USA in Tennessee on May 4, at my door May 5 2pm. So basically, 1/2 the wait time was just getting it ready for shupping - I will try to post a picture of the packaging and you will see why it took a while to prepare for shopping! I was worried about this being a scam since their price was so much less than buying from an American based store (so much less I was able to get 2 pairs for about the price of one!). The beautiful Italian leather now protecting my feet is a pretty darn good indicator that this place is legit. Buying pointers for Americans, 1. Get your buddies and buy in bulk. Shipping for one pair was the same for 3 pairs (70usd) 2. They shipped with tracking via FedEx for me. I wasn't home so had to pick up at the depot since a signature was required which is a good thing! It just means plan accordingly. FedEx gives the option to change delivery method. Delivery guy also said I could've left a note like "leave in back". 3. Payment was through PayPal regardless of your chosen payment method. This is fine for me since that means they don't have my information and I see it as an additional layer of buyer protection. Added bonus, if something happens with your order, PayPal might insure your purchase. I don't know for sure, but thankfully I didn't need to find out and I hope you won't either! (Which is why I am writing this review so you have much less buyer anxiety than I did!) Happy buying! I'm a VERY happy customer. These are the only boots I've bought that feel comfortable BEFORE breaking them in. Be sure to do your research on sizing since their website doesn't give much useful detail.

Our experience with this company has been disastrous! We try to buy a motorcycle helmet through their website. After the purchase, Moto Glam immediately charged in our credit card for the full amount of the item. HOWEVER, WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM. After 15 days waiting for the article, ALREADY PAYED AND CHARGED,confirmed by the seller (MotoGlam), we try to get in touch with the seller via several emails, to claim the item or refund the money that had been loaded into our bank account. All our efforts were futile because the seller did not give signs of life. Finally we get the money after making a direct claim to Pay Pal. It could be said, that if we had not made the payment through Pay Pal, MotoGlam had cheated us. Beware of this company.
