La degustazione ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative con vini buoni in un sala degna di nota. We visited this beautiful winery. Giovanni, our guide, very good and passionate, was able to respond satisfactorily to all our curiosities by accompanying us on a private tour. The tasting met our expectations with good wines in a noteworthy room.

EBB resta il mio preferito. A certainty! Always great welcome. Tastings must be booked well in advance, but the shop is always open at convenient times. EBB remains my favorite.

Purtroppo per quando riguarda la degustazione dei vini non possiamo dire lo stesso: dei vini viene raccontato ben poco e non si viene accompagnati nel percorso di degustazione, come invece successo nella altre visite alle cantine che abbiamo effettuato. Trovo che sia un aspetto molto importante e da migliorare. We went on a visit two weeks ago. The place is truly fascinating and its history is told perfectly. Unfortunately, when it comes to wine tasting we cannot say the same: very little is told about the wines and we are not accompanied on the tasting itinerary, as happened in the other visits to the cellars we have made. I find this to be a very important aspect and to be improved.

Col bel tempo organizzano anche picnic in vigna. Consigliato! G	Giacomino Pintore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cantina interessante. Abbiamo scelto di visitare questa cantina spinti dal desiderio di conoscere un nuovo pezzettino della Franciacorta. La storia c'è ed è notevole, si respira in ogni stabile che ne conserva un pezzo, da quello della raccolta delle uve, passando per gli stoccaggi fino alle sale di maturazione del vino passando anche per la vigna. La ragazza che ci ha guidato è molto giovane e preparata, forse un po' troppo dal punto di vista prettamente teorico e con uno spirito di coinvolgimento che dovrebbe maturare un po' di più, questa caratteristica si è mostrata anche durante la degustazione in cui, accolti in una sala stupenda interamente in legno, ci sono stati introdotti i tre vini esclusivamente dal punto di vista del nome senza nessun supporto all'esperienza che coinvolge gusto ed olfatto, ritrovandoci si con tre bicchieri davanti ma senza nessun percorso che ci aiutasse a conoscerli ed apprezzarli. Vini senz'altro di qualità, siamo fiduciosi in una crescita anche dal punto di vista del coinvolgimento dei partecipanti. An interesting winery. We chose to visit this winery driven by the desire to know a new piece of Franciacorta. The story is there and it is remarkable, you can breathe in every building that preserves a piece of it, from that of the grape harvest, passing through the storage rooms to the wine maturation rooms, also passing through the vineyard. The girl who guided us is very young and prepared, perhaps a little too much from a purely theoretical point of view and with a spirit of involvement that should mature a little more, this characteristic was also shown during the tasting in which, welcomed in a wonderful room entirely in wood, the three wines were introduced exclusively from the point of view of the name without any support to the experience that involves taste and smell, finding ourselves with three glasses in front but without any path that would help us to know them and appreciate them. Wines without doubt of quality, we are confident in growth also from the point of view of the involvement of the participants.

P	Paul Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite places in Franciacorta, with a warm welcome. All the wines are good here, especially EBB and Parose Rosé. Don't overlook the still wines or the Chardonnay Passito sweetie.

We had the classical tasting menu which was 20€/per person, you could choose 3 kinds of wine from the list given. We chose Brut Nature, Rosé, Satèn. The tasting was accompanied by local cheese, cured meat and bread on a open buffet table. At the end of the tasting, you could buy wine from the wine shop. Don’t forget to ask for their Passito “SULIF”, it is truly heavenly! Highly recommended. ?
