Con la pazienza e i suoi "trucchetti " ,il fisioterapista Matteo ,è riuscito a far sì che mia figlia appoggiare di nuovo il piede a terra . Un miracolo che non pensavo potesse avverarsi più! Volevo fare i complimenti a Matteo e a tutti per la serietà, la puntualità che mettete nel vostro lavoro . Grazie ancora Good morning , I am the mother of a girl with Down syndrome who broke her tibia and fibula 2 years ago and hasn't been able to walk since. With patience and his "tricks", the physiotherapist Matteo managed to get my daughter to put her foot on the ground again. A miracle that I didn't think could come true anymore! R	Rossana Cerezo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, stamattina doveva fare una visita fisiatrica,nel momento in cui sono entrata nel ambulatorio mi sento diré da questa dottoresa di lasciare il mio bimbo di 2 anni fuori da solo perché non lo voleva nel ambulatorio ,mi sembra una cosa innacettabile ,per questo condivido questa pessima sperienza con questa persona e con la sua professionalitá in modo che altre mamme evitano di avere problemi come il mio che ho perso un giorno di lavoro e non sono riuscita a fare la visita perché mi sono rifiutata di farlacon questa persona Good morning, this morning she had to have a physiatric examination, when I entered the clinic I am told by this doctor to leave my 2 year old out alone because she did not want him in the clinic, it seems unacceptable, so I agree this bad experience with this person and with his professionalism so that other mothers avoid having problems like mine that I lost a day of work and I was unable to visit because I refused to do it with this person
D	Desire Schiappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partendo dal presupposto che le 3 stelle che ho dato, sono solo dovute alla ginecologa che mi segue, e che trovo disponibile e qualificata, trovo INACCETTABILE che una struttura con più attività mediche al suo interno non risponda alle telefonate è dalle 9.00 di sta mattina che sto provando a contattarli per prenotare delle visite, e c'è da notare che per ben due volte hanno "risposto" nel senso che hanno alzato la cornetta, ma hanno appositamente buttato giù, trovo davvero inaccettabile che una paziente/cliente debba fare 46 telefonate; ci tengo a precisare che ho inviato anche dei messaggi e ovviamente non vi sono state risposte. Ho dovuto per forza mettere una stella per pubblicare il post, ma non è assolutamente meritata. I've been on the phone for exactly 32 minutes waiting for someone to answer me. I got to position 1 and went back to 2. It is scandalous! I had to put a star to publish the post, but it is absolutely not deserved.
