Purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa della Guess nel Carosello a Carugate, dove invece ho trovato poca disponibilità e scortesia. Pentita di aver fatto l’acquisto in questo negoziò dove non mi vedranno più I am a regular customer of Guess, my trusted store is in the Vulcano Shopping Center in Sesto San Giovanni, where I have always enjoyed myself. Pur di vendere ti portano in camerino le S perché sprovveduti di L e molte volte anche di M. If you are slightly chubby (like myself) this place is not for you. Nonostante la chiamata al mattino per avere la conferma che ci fossero un po' di borse uguali a quella presa da cambiare (perché fallata: scucita)... arrivo in negozio e.. oltre all'atteggiamento da maleducate.. A. La scusante è stata: "beh può succedere che sia scucita.. è normale". eh invece no.. non è normale che si scuci una borsa nuova di pacca. B. il filo scucito (ancor prima che la borsa venga resa) viene tagliato dalla commessa senza il consenso.. visto che l'operazione di reso non era stata ancora effettuata!! C. Dall'avere un molteplici pezzi (come da conferma telefonica), al momento del reso vi era solo UNA sola borsa.. oltretutto fallata..! e non è stato possibile effettuare il reso! Servizio pessimo. ZERO PROFESSIONALITÀ . Gentilezza, rispetto e cordialità pari a ZERO. Terrible! They will not all be so I hope ...
