Purtroppo mia madre, over 65, non se n'è accorta subito e loro, riportandogli la macchina solo 2 ore dopo, sono riusciti a dire "spiegami come abbiamo fatto, probabilmente é una coincidenza, lo avrai incrinato tu". Bel servizio ? Aggiornamento del giorno dopo: il meccanico che ha cambiato il vetro afferma "è evidente il danno prodotto nel punto della vite della maschera. In questi modelli di Opel Corsa del 2004 la maschera si infila sotto il parabrezza e, se lo monti senza fare la dovuta attenzione, il parabrezza si rompe nel punto della vite". Ottima risposta al signor De Crescenzo e al suo "siamo aperti da 50 anni, questo danno è come se ti si fossero rotti i fanali posteriori, una mera coincidenza". L'errore, come tutti gli errori, può capitare. Non sapere che le due cose sono evidentemente collegate nel modello Opel Corsa, probabilmente uno dei modelli più comuni, è dimostrazione di due possibili scenari: incompetenza o disonestà. Pulizia (i pavimenti riflettono la luce), ordine, cortesia, impegno e professionalità. Ho portato un'auto con un problema che un altro meccanico, in un mese non era riuscito a trovare. Non ne venivamo a capo. Opel De Crescenzio ha risolto in pochi giorni utilizzando perizia, ingegno e caparbietà. Ed estrema onestà nel prezzo. Superlativi! To say workshop is to belittle. It is absolutely the best repair center I have ever been to. Cleanliness (the floors reflect the light), order, courtesy, commitment and professionalism. I brought a car with a problem that another mechanic couldn't find in a month. We didn't get to the bottom of it. Opel De Crescenzio solved it in a few days using skill, ingenuity and stubbornness. And extreme honesty in the price. Superb!
