Ho lasciato li il mezzo e al ritiro con mia grande sorpresa mi ritrovo a pagare 85 euro per il cambio di una lampadina che fino ad un'ora fa funzionava benissimo con la scusante che senza questo lavoro obbligatorio da fare mi avrebbero annullato la revisione facendomi pagare ugualmente il lavoro. 20 euro per una lampadina che funzionava benissimo senza neanche avvisarmi se procedere o meno!!! state lontani da questo posto, non si fanno scrupoli a derubare la povera gente. Alla fine non hai altre alternative che quello di pagare poichè devi ugualmente pagare. Non è per i 20 euro ma per la disonestà e l'imbroglio con cui ti vogliono intortare. Sono veloci e onesti (al punto che se devi fare un intervento ti avvisano se/quando c'è una promozione), appartenendo a una rete hanno i ricambi rapidamente e a costi contenuti. La motivazione del ritardo a loro dire era dovuta all’assenza non prevista di un dipendente. Nessuna telefonata, nessun avviso. Per un’intervento di max un paio d’ore. Reservation for 12 o'clock. Poca serietà, menoale che qua vicino c è anche norauto dove senza indugio mi hanno dato subito un appuntamento per il giorno dopo.
