★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su richiesta del dottore ho acquistato un tutore, dopo l'acquisto (15 min neppure aperta la confezione) il collega del dottore consulta e consiglia l'intervento chirurgico.
Mi dicono di riportare il tutore, che a quel punto non serviva...
Morale, 30 min dopo, con la confezione neppure aperta e lo scontrino in mano, non mi hanno reso niente! (ho un'attività e so bene che si può annullare lo scontrino) stavo male con una clavicola rotta in 2 punti e si sono approfittati di me!

 At the doctor's request I bought a brace, after the purchase (15 min not even open the package) the doctor's colleague consults and recommends the surgery.
They tell me to bring the brace back, which was not needed at that point ...
Moral, 30 minutes later, with the package not even opened and the receipt in hand, they didn't give me anything back! (I have a business and I know that you can cancel the receipt) I was sick with a broken collarbone in 2 places and they took advantage of me!
