Prima di procedere con l'acquisto, chiedo sempre la disponibilità telefonicamente. Ricevo abitualmente la merce sempre entro le 48 ore. Una volta ho anche parlato con l'assistenza per un parere tecnico ... a parer mio mi è sembrato molto preparato. Che dire... Tutte le volte che acquisto da loro ho sempre un buon margine di guadagno con il cliente finale. Poco propenso alla professionalità e soprattutto allo scambio di opinioni, visto che è giusto solo ciò che dice lui e che lui sa tutto, insomma manca in tutto quello che bisogna avere in un esercizio pubblico. Tende a sminuire ciò che serve al cliente per proporre le sue grandi esclusive che, ovviamente, sono sempre le migliori. Prezzi altissimi. Locale carino ora che è ampliato. Prima era un buco. Chissà. The value of a web-shop could be best estimated if something goes out of standard operation. In my case a wrong item was delivered. There was a quick and reliable solution without any further question or inconvenience. The correct item was delivered within 3 working days and a very comfortable back-post was arranged. The contact was excellent both on phone and e-mail. It was a really professional and immediate solution and I recommend this store for everyone. The minus 1 star is because of the initial delivery time which was pretty long.
