★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schon des Öfteren Ware bestellt.Bin immer sehr zufrieden,vor allen Dingen die geselchten Spareribs sind extrem lecker.Man kann sie grillen und im Sauerkraut kochen.Sehr sehr lecker,wir haben schon wieder Nachschub bestellt.Auch die Schinken sind sehr gut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultracinquantennale esperienza nel campo della macellazione ,della conservazione tramite affumicatura e dell'arte del taglio delle carni ,fanno dei prodotti dell'azienda Hofer un must delle cucine raffinate.Salsicce ,piccanti o dolci ,il Selchkarree , carré di maiale affumicato chiamato anche Kassler perché tipico della città di Kassel in Germania ,che servito con i crauti al ginepro costituisce un piatto unico di rari sapori , e l'apoteosi raggiunta dalla qualità dello speck , che non necessita di superlativi per descriverla ,suggeriscono visita ed acquisto presso questa azienda a conduzione familiare.Un ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo insomma.
