MG CAR è l'unica in Italia - e non è una metafora - ad avere autovetture che possano soddisfare anche clienti esigenti (interni full pelle, sedili riscaldati/ventilati, tetto panoramico, sensori ovunque etc.).
Ho visto questa VW Passat, mi è piaciuta e li ho contattati subito. La serietà e la disponibilità sono state davvero eccellenti e non mi sono mai sentito "abbandonato" anche dopo l'acquisto. Il loro customer care service è degno di nota. Via mail o telefonicamente, la dott.sa Cristina è stata come una Siri.
Infine: provo l'auto ed è perfetta, pulita, incredibile. Osservo i vari cassetti/vani e trovo un pacchettino che apro e con, estrema meraviglia, trovo un cadeau marchiato MG CAR: un grazioso portachiavi come ringraziamento per l'acquisto.
Cosa dire se non una delle mie migliori esperienze di acquisto?!

My researches for buying a car are very thoughtful and my requests very precise. MG CAR is the only one in Italy - and it is not a metaphor - to have cars that can satisfy even demanding customers (full leather interiors, heated / ventilated seats, panoramic roof, sensors everywhere etc.).
I saw this VW Passat, I liked it and contacted them right away. The seriousness and availability were really excellent and I never felt "abandoned" even after the purchase. Their customer care service is noteworthy. By mail or by telephone, Cristina was like a Siri.
Finally: I try the car and it's perfect, clean, incredible. I look at the various drawers / compartments and I find a small package that I open and, with extreme wonder, I find a cadeau branded MG CAR: a pretty key ring as a thank you for the purchase.
What to say but one of my best shopping experiences ?!
Almost almost, I'd buy more cars!
