Io abito a Milano e ho la seconda casa ad Agazzano quindi i miei rapporti con queste figure sono solo di carattere professionale ma devo dire che oggi hanno dimostrato davvero quanto tengano alla soddisfazione del cliente. Come sempre del resto. Ho Ordinato le gomme del Range Rover Sport settimana scorsa, ma per disguidi legati ai corrieri (nn dipendenti da loro)sono arrivate a spizzichi e bocconi è l'ultima gomma è arrivata oggi 23 dicembre. Enzo è stato gentilissimo ad aspettarmi con il collega, hanno atteso che io finissi di lavorare permettendomi di raggiungerlo e farmi il cambio gomme alle 9 di sera sapendo che dovevo partire domani. Professionisti di questo calibro si meritano tutto il mio rispetto e la mia stima. Grazie Enzo, grazie al Team, al figlio, alla moglie ed a tutta la squadra di lavoro. I have been turning to Enzo for 10 years now for the tire change of my car and that of my wife, every service performed has always shown kindness and professionalism, honest prices and exquisite people. I live in Milan and I have a second home in Agazzano so my relationships with these figures are only of a professional nature but I must say that today they have really shown how much they care about customer satisfaction. As always, after all. I ordered the Range Rover Sport tires last week, but due to problems related to the couriers (not dependent on them) they arrived in bits and pieces and the last tire arrived today 23 December.
