★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI!!! Parlo dell'e-commerce. Ho comprato online un paio di scarpe Armani tg 42. Volevo fare un cambio taglia, ma mi hanno detto che prima dovevo fare il reso e poi comprare di nuovo la taglia giusta. Peccato che nel frattempo hanno alzato il prezzo delle stesse scarpe di ben 40 euro!!! Quindi ora devo fare il reso e perdere le spese di spedizione (che vengono addebitate sul rimborso), senza nemmeno poter prendere la taglia giusta, visto il prezzo aumentato! Scandaloso! Non mi è mai successo niente del genere!
 BAD !!! I'm talking about e-commerce. I bought a pair of Armani shoes size 42 online. I wanted to change size, but they told me that first I had to return and then buy the right size again. Too bad that in the meantime they have raised the price of the same shoes by 40 euros !!! So now I have to return and lose the shipping costs (which are charged on the refund), without even being able to take the right size, given the increased price! Scandalous! Nothing like this has ever happened to me!

Outlet non grande multimarca, situato su due piani, il primo a prezzo pieno e al - 1 si trovano i buoni affari.: pochette, ombrelli, sciarpe, guanti, cinture, maglioni sia uomo che donna a prezzi davvero eccellenti. Lo sconto varia dal 50 al 70 %. Il personale è disponibile e molto prreparato. La gentilezza fa da padrona! Tra i muei luoghi preferiti!
I have often been to Le Sac in Corso Indipendenza, despite the difficulty in finding parking. Not a large multi-brand outlet, located on two floors, the first at full price and at -1 you will find good deals: clutches, umbrellas, scarves, gloves, belts, sweaters for both men and women at truly excellent prices. The discount varies from 50 to 70%. The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. Kindness reigns supreme! Among my favorite places!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessina esperienza con un loro prodotto della Lacoste (abbastanza costoso) e diventato inutilizzabile dopo pochi mesi per scarsa qualità. Ho portato il prodotto in negozio ma non avevo più lo scontrino (non faccio collezione di scontrini) e mi è stato detto che loro non potevano farci niente non avendo io più lo scontrino. Credo che venire incontro al cliente che dimostra un difetto di qualità di un prodotto prescinda dalla prova di acquisto. Certo, io avrei dovuto tenere lo scontrino per due anni ma loro potevano tenersi il cliente per più anni. Mi spiace

I took the product to the shop but I no longer had the receipt (I don't collect receipts) and I was told that they couldn't do anything about it because I no longer had the receipt. I believe that meeting the customer who demonstrates a quality defect in a product is independent of the proof of purchase. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato oggi lo store di Corso Indipendenza a Milano. Avevo letto tante recensioni negative, e devo dire che sono stata molto contenta di poterle smentire. Personale gentile, negozio pulito e tante occasioni di marca.
Al primo piano la nuova collezione, ma comunque con alcuni sconti, mentre al piano interrato una vasta selezione di borze, trolley e zaini di marchi con sconti pazzeschi. Ci tornerò sicuramente
Visited today the store in Corso Indipendenza in Milan. I had read so many negative reviews, and I must say that I was very happy to be able to prove them wrong. Friendly staff, clean shop and lots of branded bargains.
On the first floor the new collection, but still with some discounts, while in the basement a wide selection of brand bags, trolleys and backpacks with crazy discounts. I will definitely be back
