Dopo 3 settimane chiedo di ritirare il capo lavato e questo non si trova, con il personale della lavanderia che mi rinfaccia di non averlo consegnato. Pretendo di verificare fra i capi in negozio e finalmente compare, fra il nervosismo generale e l'insoddisfazione. Non ci tornerò più, anche per il solo motivo che non è possibile consegnare capi, anche di pregio, senza rilasciare la ricevuta al cliente.
I handed over a winter jacket and they didn't give me a receipt. After 3 weeks I ask to collect the washed garment and this is not found, with the laundry staff accusing me of not having delivered it. I pretend to check among the items in the shop and finally it appears, between general nervousness and dissatisfaction. I will not go back there again, even for the sole reason that it is not possible to deliver items, even valuable ones, without issuing the receipt to the customer.
