Professionalità non pervenuta
Appuntamento alle 9.15 prestazione erogata alle 10.30 per ritardo delle "ecogtafista". Che a quanto pare effettua anche esami audiometrici a vista.,visto che ha dato della sorda anche sul referto ecigrafico, ad una donna ultrasettantenne preoccupata x l'esame e con mascherina.

Aggiungo che tanto la dottoressa era intenta a ontrolkare la sordità di mia suocera dopo 2 giorni la suddetta è finita in ospedale xche aveva lo stomaco pieno di sangue.... Sarebbe meglio lasciare a casa i problemi quando si fa il dottore!
Dopo quello che è successo sono veramente indignata e delusa.
Però c'è da dire che la vendita dei materassi promossa nella salus n ti abbandona mai nemmeno dopo 3 rifiuti telefonici. Loro si che sono" attenti " ai clienti ?

After what happened, I'm really outraged and disappointed.
But it must be said that the sale of mattresses promoted in the salus n never leaves you even after 3 telephone refusals. They are "attentive" to customers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Controllo del residuo post minzionale dopo ben 35 minuti dallo svuotamento!!!! Vescica di nuovo riempita ed esame da ripetere ...altrove! Mah...non ci sono parole! La superficialità riscontrata ieri come non mai. Spero sia stato solo un caso isolato! (essendo un cliente/paziente di tantissimi anni)---- Ripetuto, in data odierna, l'esame grazie all'invito e alle scuse della Direzione! Ringraziamenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza il primo appuntamento mi e stato disdetto telefonicamente, il secondo appuntamento a distanza di circa un mese arrivato al centro con mio figlio per un agoaspirato e biopsia dopo aver pagato ed aver atteso in sala per 50 minuti mi viene detto che il medico ha avuto un problema e mi viene proposto un nuovo appuntamento a distanza di 6giorni. Ovviamente non ho accettato.
Bad experience the first appointment was canceled by telephone, the second appointment after about a month arrived at the center with my son for a fine needle aspiration and biopsy after paying and waiting in the room for 50 minutes I am told that the doctor had a problem and a new appointment is proposed to me after 6 days. Obviously I didn't accept.
